How I found out about Sreet Grace

I was shaving one morning in '09 and listening to James Dobson on radio and Linda Smith was the guest. I heard her talk about the minor sex trafficking issue in the US and how Atlanta was among the top places in country . I decided then I would find out more about and see what I could do to make a difference . Shared Hope gave me the names of three organizations in Atlanta and I called them all. I met with Cheryl Johnson at a Starbucks and she brought her son with her that was in his wheelchair and that was delightful, him asking me all about my vehicle, which has never forgotten. We had a very informative talk regarding SG and I quickly began to tell all my friends in community groups, men's bible study on Friday morning, and anyone else I came in contact with where I had business relationship. I was able to get a Rotarian friend of mine to go to the Candy Shop premier and he made his Rotary buddies aware of the issue and several of them have become a part of this fight. In 2014 I was privilege to be more of a formal part by getting on the speakers team. I feel this is one of the most rewarding things I have done and I'm thankful to be part and to be around such sharp people that want to make a huge impact on DMST. ROLLINS SNIDER
