But It's Not A Story!

Of course finance was our problem from the jump! But, as always faith in knowing God will provide, we don’t see problems but challenges. We put the word out that we were in need and thank God to everyone who volunteered their time, donated funds and purchased food for our First Street Grace Summer Lunch Program. Redeemer was able to prepared lunch bags to nourish the bodies of 500 kids and had so much fun doing it! The awesome thing about this was. We did not have a sign-up sheet or anything, just one or two announcements; our volunteers just walk in every Sunday to see how they could help, so I get to tell the story of why we are doing this about 10 time. And enjoy making new friends from our drop off location :) One of our small group had so much fun doing this and was a little disappointed when on the last day I told them it was the last for the summer!
